No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for customized items. This is because each item is made to order, and we cannot resell or reuse items that have been customized.

Exceptions

We will make an exception to our no returns or exchanges policy if the item arrives damaged or does not get delivered. In these cases, we will either refund your purchase price or send you a replacement item.
